Life in the Farm Kitchen

The way it was in the farm kitchen on November, 1964 - or - that's what the calendar suggests. This image is from a 2X2 slide scan. I'd guess it was from Kodachrome film because the image still "has those nice bright colors." The scene, captured during that fractional second of exposure, was, no doubt, posed but the scenario is real and completely typical of a Sunday afternoon at the Bayer Farm. I think that, other than the photographer commanding "Look this way and smile for the camera." this photo shows business as usual.
