Me? I'd say, for anyone who dumps an animal out, appropriate punishment would be dumping
them out ... while driving ... hmmm ... maybe 60 mph or so? And I'm a *** cough *** liberal. So here's what someone dumped out on our street. She's probably about 6 months old.
